    We believe that conviviality is an important moment and to ensure that  we have created a simple, subtle place to serve our dishes. The dining room is located in a lemon-house and on its adjacent terrace, where your palate will be delighted by a triumph of flavours strongly linked to the rural tradition of our land.

    During daytime, through the glass walls, all you can see is the green of the olive trees and in the room, among the wine barrels and the lemon trees, the atmosphere envelops the guests in an embrace of calm and tranquillity. In the evening the atmosphere becomes tender and romantic.

    Our chefs take care of your appetite: they carefully choose the quality of the ingredients to ensure maximum satisfaction for your palate.The cuisine has a character strongly linked to the culinary tradition of the area in which we find ourselves, the Chianti, and the dishes are prepared following the ancient recipes, still found in local houses, but without distorting their origin.And it is precisely this aspect that has inspired our Chefs: the dishes are prepared with care and attention and with the utmost respect for the raw ingredients.

    On the menu you will find the main, essential products of the Tuscan tradition including game, Cinta Senese meat, steak, truffle, wild boar, fresh pasta and traditional desserts.

    The restaurant's cellar is the real added value: the wine list offers a selection of over 100 valuable, unique products, which provide the guest with a superior quality wine experience.

    Benvenuti in Chianti: traditional cold cuts, aged cheeses, mustards and vegetable pickles
    Chianina beef tartare with crunchy vegetables and summer truffle
    Tonno del Chianti: pork shoulder with red onion, cocumber and confit tomatoes
    Tuscan tomato bread soup
    Bruschette from Chianti with: cherry tomatoes, white beans, chicken liver patè, mushrooms and bacon, pork sausage, black cabbage
    Fried courgette flowers with bread and anchovies sauce

    Black ravioli with a pear filling, creamed with pecorino cream and Cortona saffron
    Fresh pici pasta with chianina beef ragù
    Carnaroli risotto with courgette flowers and burrata cheese
    Pappardelle pasta with wild boar ragù
    Ricotta cheese and spinach gnocchi, butter and sage
